1. Springs: The springs are located inside the piston rack, the same overall dimensions for DA and SR actuators (size 2 – 150). No special tools are required to switch from DA to SR or vice versa. Long tightening is standard to completely relax the springs.
2. Wear-resistant bearings: “POM” anti-wear pads encapsulated on the piston, prevent contact between the piston and cylinder, ensuring low friction. “POM” double-encapsulation anti-wear pads absorb the adverse lateral load at the beginning of each start.
3. Twin guide bars: Twin guide bars absorb any lateral load, reducing wear.
4. Support bearings: The piston support bearings, located behind the piston o-ring, ensure a linear motion and prevent cylinder surface wear.
