Benefits

1. Springs

The springs are located in the piston rack, the same overall dimensions for the DA and SR actuators.
No special tools are required to switch from DA to SR or vice versa.
Long tightening is standard to completely relax the springs.

2. Pads for piston wear

“POM” anti-wear pads encapsulated on the piston prevent contact between cylinder and piston, thus ensuring low friction.
“POM” double-encapsulation wear pads absorb the lateral load at the start of each stroke.

3. Twin guide bars

Twin guide bars absorb any lateral load, reducing wear.

4. Support bearing

The piston support bearings, located behind the O-ring, ensure linear motion and prevent wear on the cylinder surface.

5. Triple axis bearing

Triple axis bearing to prevent any negative load on the drive shaft.

6. Crankshaft and CAM

The CAM mechanism allows a 2.5° overlap in both directions.
The internal depth of the transmission shaft allows the total engagement of the valve shaft at any height.

7. Adapter kit

The Integral Body Adapter Kit (BAK) is interchangeable with a wide range of valves for direct mounting using an interchangeable sleeve.
The Dual End Stop adjustment is integrated with the adapter and works in combination with the CAM, machined on a single drive shaft, remaining outside the pressurized cylinder.

Insert

Made of stainless steel, it can be rotated for cross-mounting or parallel mounting.
The insert is held inside the crankshaft by means of a safety ring.
It can be square, double D or round with a key for direct mounting.
